Estelle, founder of Anhao, hails from Paris. She arrived in Hong Kong in 2007, fell in love with Asia and decided to focus on her passion for getting fit and well by creating Anhao, a sports and well-being coaching company.
Estelle is highly qualified, backed with a decade-long experience as a participant in the French National Championships in Gymnastics and is a certified NASM International Personal Trainer.
She takes training very seriously and considers sports as a vital social, medical, and cultural life element as well as a playful and relaxing pursuit. Estelle did workout a lot during those 2 pregnancies and coached everybody until the end of the term which were 40 weeks.
Theo, our French swimming coach is, as of today, the world record holder for the Men’s 100m-speed apnea (swimming 100m underwater on a single breath, as fast as possible).
Theo is highly qualified with a National Diploma in Swimming Activities (specializing in with fin swimming), as well as a Science and Technology Degree in sports and Physical Activities (University Paul Sabatier Toulouse – France).
Before moving to Hong-Kong, Theo trained numerous swimming clubs at national level and was a member of the French National Team in fin swimming and free diving (apnea). Currently, Theo is training with the Hong Kong National Team.

From Ottawa, Canada, Angela took her first yoga class over 12 years ago. A transformative experience, she then brought that mindfulness to education, completing a degree in Business from the University of Toronto & Fashion at Ryerson University.
Volunteer and career led her to work across North America, Guyana, Kenya and beyond, building global communities with a healthy lifestyle in mind.
Family brought Angela to Hong Kong where she joined world renown yoga apparel company. She spent 8 years working for major corporate retailers and used yoga as a companion to reduce stress, increase focus and concentration while
Alicia moved to Hong Kong at the beginning of 2010 to practice nutritional therapy. Additionally, she has presented lectures on nutrition to holistic therapy students, as well as seminars aimed at members of the public, and acts as a freelance consultant/writer on nutritional topics.
She continues to broaden her skills, recently enhancing her coaching skills with the C.H.E.K. Institute’s Holistic Lifestyle Coach courses (Levels 1 and 2).
