Your personal training begins with an in-depth body analysis by one of our fully qualified NASM certified trainers. During this interview, your goals will be established and your Anhao personal trainer will work with you to create a fitness schedule that is both tailored to your needs and enjoyable!
Our personal trainers are trained to work with people of all fitness levels from beginners to pre and post natal women through to athletes.
