Theresa first turned to Pilates in her endeavour to find a way to attain that core balance and strength that is essential in horse riding.  Over time, the benefits of Pilates practice grew and she noticed a distinct improvement in her athletic performance in all other sports she enjoys. This discovery led her down a path of more rigorous training, which resulted in her becoming a Pilate’s instructor.  Theresa pursues an active lifestyle, balancing her time between Pilates, yoga, dancing, horse riding as well as snowboarding in the winter season. Theresa is a STOTT PILATES certified instructor for matwork and reformer.

  • STOTT certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor
