Start with sitting position spine neutral. Legs adducted and straight with flexed feet. Open your shoulders back and lift your chin slightly up to make sure your ears are far away from shoulders and over shoulders cap. Your upper body is upright through the spine nice and tall. Arms up directly 45 degree off side at shoulder height. Movement: Inhale reach the crown of your head to the ceiling. Exhale twist the torso to one side, growing taller on the twist and pulsing two times. Inhale come back to center and exhale switch side. .
